Dr. Casey Jurczewsky
Dr. Casey Jurczewsky was raised on a ranch outside of Sheridan, Wyoming. Growing up surrounded by open spaces and animals—especially dogs—he developed a deep love for the outdoors. An active and well-rounded student, he played various sports, participated in 4-H, and was involved in both his school’s band and orchestra.
Dr. Jurczewsky attended the University of Wyoming, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics. Initially exploring careers in medicine and the sciences, he ultimately found his calling in dentistry and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln.
With a strong interest in oral surgery, Dr. Jurczewsky dedicated much of his dental training to this field. He completed rotations in hospital-based oral surgery programs throughout the Midwest, gaining valuable hands-on experience assisting in complex surgical cases. This advanced training allows him to confidently perform procedures such as wisdom tooth extractions, sinus lifts, and dental implant placement.
Following dental school, Dr. Jurczewsky and his wife moved to Laramie, Wyoming, where they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Emory. After practicing there for two years, they decided Nebraska was where they truly wanted to plant their roots.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jurczewsky enjoys trivia, gardening, and spending time outdoors. A passionate Nebraska Cornhuskers fan, he loves cheering on his team. However, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and daughter, watching Emory grow and explore the world around her.
Dr. Kaitlin Wasserman
Dr. Kaitlin Wasserman spent her childhood in Minnesota, Nebraska, and Illinois. She now lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she has found a new sense of home. Dr. Wasserman’s journey toward dentistry began at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she pursued her undergraduate studies. Her passion for the field solidified during her time working at her orthodontist’s office in high school, where she witnessed firsthand the positive impact that dental care could have on people’s lives. This experience, combined with her own childhood of positive dental visits, motivated her to pursue a career in dentistry.
After completing her undergraduate education, Dr. Wasserman attended the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her dental degree. Her experiences in dental school, combined with her genuine desire to help others, further cemented her commitment to the profession.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Wasserman is passionate about a variety of hobbies that allow her to unwind and connect with others. She enjoys spending time tending to her fish tank, a peaceful and meditative hobby that reflects her patience and attention to detail. Dr. Wasserman also leads a Bible study group, an activity that allows her to engage with her faith and community. She is a movie enthusiast, often spending her free time watching films and exploring different genres, and she enjoys making snacks to share with friends and family.
Dr. Wasserman’s husband is a Nebraska native, and together, they enjoy their life in Lincoln, where they have built a home filled with love, faith, and shared interests.
